Job Description:
At PetPal IT Solutions, we are looking for an experienced GRC Governance Specialist to lead the development of our governance and compliance protocols. You’ll design and maintain security policies that align with business objectives, oversee risk management programs, and support the company’s regulatory compliance efforts. This role will also require collaboration across teams to ensure security initiatives are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security governance frameworks.
• Lead the company’s risk management program and conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Support security awareness and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in GRC roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
